If you want a file deleted from all of your synced computers, you will manually have to delete it both from the computer(s) and the repository folder. For example: If you have a file named “Amazing Grace” on this computer and one named the same in the repository, the one on this computer will be replaced with the one in the repository.

It will only replace presentations or media files that are named the same thing on this computer with the files coming down from the repository. Note: “Replace My Files” WILL NOT DELETE any presentations or media files on your computer or from the repository. On this computer, click the + icon to choose the repository you have just synced up to on the other computer, select the options you want to sync, click “Sync Down From Repository”, and if you want files on this computer to be replaced by the files on the other computer, check the box for “Replace My Files”.
